Stepping Stones Preschool is a place for children to take charge of their learning and explore at their own pace while engaging in activities that fascinate them. Each child is individually loved, cared for, and taught by Mrs. Carolyn. Children are encouraged to be creative, to develop self awareness and to be kind to each other. They are prepared for kindergarten and are given life skills to help them navigate their world.
Stepping Stones’ small class sizes give your child the individual attention that they need. It allows them to bond and not compete with their classmates. And it gives the teacher the ability to really get to know and understand your child. This nurturing environment allows Mrs. Carolyn to really get to know their strengths and weaknesses and allows her to work better with the parents. Stepping Stones is not just about intellectual growth; it’s about fostering curiosity, assertiveness, respect and self awareness, too! We want our children to be well-rounded individuals who can grow socially, spiritually, academically, and physically.
