Here are some of the forms you will need before you can enroll. Please print only the Application Form to bring with you before you take your tour. We can get you started on the enrollment process and save your child’s spot in the class! The rest of the forms will be due prior to school starting; details will follow at the time of sign up. The Policies and Procedures Handbook is for you to keep; we will go over all of the policies and procedures together during our interview. The last page of the Policies and Procedures Handbook is for you to sign and return when you turn in all your registration forms.
